1) How do I receive my discount vouchers, special promotions and birthday reward?
You will receive your discount vouchers, promotions and birthday reward vouchers via email. This will be the email you have provided to us upon signing up to our reward card scheme. If you wish to update your email address click here.
2) What do I do if I haven’t received my discount voucher?
In the event you haven’t received your discount or birthday voucher, please follow the following steps –
Step 1) Please refresh your email client or web browser, to check whether the email appears.
Step 2) If the email does not appear, please check your junk folder within your email client.
Step 3) If the email does not appear following the above two steps, please check you are subscribed to our emails, you can re-subscribe at any time by completing the “Update Your Details” form above.

3) How do I unsubscribe to email marketing?
You can unsubscribe to our email marketing at any time, by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of our emails. However we wont be able to notify you of your discount vouchers, reward specific promotions or birthday voucher.
4) I don’t have an email address, can i still receive my vouchers?
If you don’t have an email address or do not wish to provide your email address, you will be able to ask a till operator in-store for your vouchers, however we won’t be able to notify you of your new vouchers.
