Restaurant T&C's, Cancellation Policy & Frequently Asked Questions

Restaurant T&C’s – Our Garden Restaurant is now operating a booking only system to ensure safety for our customers and our staff, we are currently only providing seating in our Outdoor seating area due to current covid-19 guidelines. You can book hour time slots for either Breakfast, Lunch or Afternoon Tea. You will be sent a confirmation email for your booking. Please be aware that you may be asked to vacate your table if you exceed your time slot. If you are 15 mins later than your allotted time, we are not able to guarantee that your table will still be available. All our Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Raemoir Garden Centre reserves the right to amend, cancel and change bookings we will update our customers if this is required. We have introduced some new Garden Restaurant rules inline with the current government guidelines, please see our restaurant page and covid-19 update page for more information.

Cancellation Policy – If you have booked a table in our Garden Restaurant you have up to an hour before your allotted booking start time if you wish to cancel or amend your booking. If you arrive 15 minutes later than your allotted booking time Raemoir Garden Centre reserves the right to cancel your booking and we can’t guarantee your table will still be available.

  1. Are your Toilets open?   Yes, they are open, we have new measures in place to ensure your safety.
  2. Is your Restaurant Open:  Yes it is open from 10 am to 4 pm daily
  3. Can I book for your Restaurant:  Yes you can make a booking from our website.
  4. Can I just come along and get a table for your Restaurant? Yes, if we have a free space.
  5. Can I book a big table:  We are only able to accept bookings for up to 6 people, and we will be following the current Government guidelines on social distancing.
  6. Can I order a takeaway on the telephone:  We are not currently accepting orders on the telephone, however, if you require a large order (for 6 or more people), please call in advance to allow us time to prepare.
  7. What are your opening time for the store: 10 am to 5 pm
  8. What time does your Takeaway open: 10 am to 4 pm
  9. Where can I place my order for a takeaway:  Please visit the  Cafe area where you can place your order, pay and collect your order.
